Terms of Service

By accessing and using PostHub (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

These Terms govern your use of our website and our AI-powered LinkedIn content creation and scheduling service operated by PostHub.

PostHub is an AI-powered platform that helps users create and schedule LinkedIn content in their own voice. Our service includes:

• Voice profile creation — learning your writing style from existing posts and inputs
• AI-powered content generation matched to your personal tone
• Content inspiration from links, videos, articles, and other sources
• Content scheduling and automated publishing to LinkedIn
• Idea management and content planning tools

To access the Service, you must authenticate via LinkedIn OAuth. You agree to:

• Authorize PostHub to access your LinkedIn profile information as required for the Service
• Maintain the security of your account and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not share your account access with others

PostHub integrates with LinkedIn to publish content on your behalf. By using our scheduling and publishing features, you acknowledge that:

• You authorize PostHub to post content to your LinkedIn account at your scheduled times
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before scheduling
• PostHub is not liable for any consequences resulting from content published to your LinkedIn account
• You may revoke LinkedIn access at any time through your LinkedIn settings, which will disable scheduling and publishing features
• Scheduled posts may occasionally fail due to LinkedIn API limitations or outages — PostHub will notify you of failures but cannot guarantee delivery

PostHub uses third-party AI providers (including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google) to generate content. You understand that:

• AI-generated content is provided “as is” — you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring accuracy before publishing
• Your writing samples and voice profile data may be sent to third-party AI providers for the purpose of generating content in your voice
• AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or reflect biases — always review before publishing
• PostHub does not claim ownership of AI-generated content created for you

Your content. You retain ownership of all content you create, edit, or publish using PostHub. You grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service, including sending it to AI providers for generation.

Voice profile data. Writing samples you provide to build your voice profile are stored securely and used exclusively to personalize AI outputs for your account. We do not use your voice profile data to train general AI models or share it with other users.

Our content. The Service, its design, features, and functionality are owned by PostHub and protected by intellectual property laws.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or LinkedIn's terms of service
• Generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the Service to impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. If applicable:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change fees with reasonable notice
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to others.

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Scheduled posts will not be published after termination. We will delete your voice profile data within 30 days of account deletion.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scheduled posts will always publish successfully.

In no event shall PostHub be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
